I love warm, aromatic fruit crumble for scenting the house and reminding us that fall is a time to slow down! This apple crumble is nutrient packed, grain free and so easy to make, you can have it for breakfast.
Preheating the oven to 365, simply chop apples or peaches. Drizzled them with melted coconut oil, sprinkle some cinnamon (can add nutmeg and allspice for additional fall flavour), and top with roughly chopped macadamias, almonds, walnuts and coconut shreds! Bake about 20-25mins, until the house smells fantastic enough to get wanderers out of bed ☀️
After morning hydration with a warm glass of lemon water or toning with an ACV shot, fruit is a great option for breakfast. However, the inclusion of protein and healthy fat is also essential for stamina and nourishment, and that’s where the nuts, coconut and coconut yogurt topping comes in.
Don’t forget to make it make a point to savour this season’s beautiful flavours and moments during the simple enchanting days of fall!
